Hello every one, does anyone know where can I get flies but not pupae I need the ones ready to feed my cham, the ones I get are pupae and take forever to hatch and on top of that many died before hatching so any info I'll really appreciate 

I got them from them and trust me I done everything possible for them to hatch but is not working that's why I need the ready ones

you want HOUSE flies? large ones?

or do you mean FRUIT flies? D.melanogester (1/16") or D.Hydei (1/8")

you can get them at pretty much any place that supplies Frogs.....

smallpetfeeders.com is local to me, but check out the dendroboard.com sponsor boards for a ton of options

So far with crickets and trying some house flies but I don't know what else I can feed them they are little Rudis

So you bred them, fresh babies? or these are the ones you bought from Voodoo?

They might also be Trioceros sternfeldi. A lot of what i have read states that what we get avaliable in the US is T. sternfeldi and not T. rudis.

Either way. I have fairly small B.Dubias you can try if you like. If they work, i have a fairly good supply ;)

????

mantis place.com just let then know what you need. If you keep the flys warm they hatch really fast.

my sentiment exactly. i dont understand how you can have time issues in hatching flies. at 78* pupated bbfs usually hatch out in <3days. im not sure why you would get a lot of die off unless your heat was way high or maybe you had really low humidity at the exact location of the pupae as might be the case on top of a heat mat.

during the summer, its not uncommon to have live flies in with your pupae. you might get some die off, but maybe you could get them to put 24hr heat pack in with your pupae and i would imagine you would have a large percentage already hatched when they arrived. imo, its unlikely that anybody ships live flies hatched flies will only live a couple of hrs in a captive environment without the proper care parameters.

ive gone from not even having eggs yet, to hatched bbf in less than 10days on several occasions. not the usual time frame but it can be done.

just to be clear, are you talking about die off pupae or flies that have already hatched? just for future reference, most blowflies are easy to raise and keep going on a continual basis. jmo
