So in January I am leaving Miami and going to college in Ft.Myers, at Florida Gulf Coast University. (FGCU)

Does anyone on here go there?

Congrats! I only know one person that goes there and she seems happy. I know she's transferring to USF in Tampa, but only because her boyfriend is there (and mine, they're going to be roommates so I'm gonna try to head over there too as soon as I graduate from my college lol What we do for boys!).

My daughter goes there and absolutely Loves it there. It is a really nice college, number one in the state as far as being the safest college, they have there own group of Fort Myers police on campus. And this college is growing leaps and bounds. A division 1A school and they will be starting a football team soon. They have baseball, soccer, tennis, basketball already. I would highly recommend this school.

I'm going to join their rowing crew club. Its something I do competitively here and I don't want to give it up. As well as their Jiu Jitsu club since I do MMA. They actually have those, which is AWESOME.

Haha, I drive by there EVERY day. I live 5 minutes from it.

Im planning on going there for med school, though.
