Ok long story short I rescued a Cham from a closing down pet shop took it to the vets straight away no MBD at present but apparently it has a fluid sac in her body 80% sure it’s that but can’t say 100% weather it is that or something else - Is there a cure for that?

Been took to vets today for X-ray and blood test - X-ray received no MBD nor any eggs inside - did say he’s 80% sure it’s water rentention or could be something else - we’ve had a blood test to see exactly what is causing it - she’s still eating and drinking

Also I’ve changed her viv aswell to suit her needs as her old one from the petshop wasn’t suitable I believe

I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like that.
It doesn't look like eggs to me...but be aware that I'm not a vet...just speaking from experience. Do you happen to have a photo of the X-ray?

We don’t have any photos unfortunately of the X-ray I’ll be honest not a lot of said they have heard of that - but I’m hoping the blood results give a indication I’ll keep you updated - she’s still drinking and eating so hopefully she’s moving in the right direction since we got her on Saturday

Wow ive never seen one with her belly that swollen. I know you know this already but defiantly not eggs.

What supplements are you using?

Using calcium and nutrobal and plus I’m feedining the locusts insect fuel but only started it Sunday because we only had her from Saturday
