Flukers cricket quencher

I don't know. I've never used either product.

I use fresh veggies and fruit to supply all the water needs for my roaches.

If you don't want to buy cubes you can always do what I do. It's worked great for me for many years.

I've never used water crystals or Flukers cube quenchers. My crickets and dubia get their hydration from veggies.

There have been some nasty stories about cricket quencher. I remember hearing one about a cricket that had a dried up crystal in his mouth, and when the Cham ate it, the crystal expanded (because they expand with water) and killed the Cham. I don't know if this is true, but I've never used this product. I really prefer just using fruits and veggies to get moisture to the bugs.

I have used zilla cricket quencher with my feeders and flukers orange cube on the side of convenience but it shouldn't really replace fresh gutloading ever.

They will work. Keep in mind that the fruits and veggies become a part of the total "gutload" when selecting which ones to offer over time.
