Flying insect came with dubia shipment?

I recently acquired some extra small dubias for my mantis project. Planning on breeding a few and feeding them to my chams. After I emptied the box to my dubia container I noticed that there were these flying insects buzzing around a few days later. I believe that they came in with the shipment. What are they? Are they safe?

OHhhhh.... The mature repti worms! Now that I think of it a while back some of my repti worms escaped and went into my dubia enclosure. That must have been the cause of their occurrence. Then again the place where I ordered the roaches from also offer reptiworms they could have easily mixed up in the process.

THANKS!

p.s. should I dust these flies?

personally I do not dust my flies. I like them to fly around well. The chameleons love to hunt them down. I usually let the repti worms turn to flies then place the tub in the fridge for a minute or out side if its cold enough (puts them in a sleep mode easier to round them up in a small fish net) then toss them in the cage. As soon as they warm up they start to fly around.... Let the hunt begin!!!:D:D
