All of the foggers I am finding only have 1 liter reservores...... it seems like you would have to fill those up daily...... I would like one that you only have to fill weekly... . Any ideas?

When I used one, I used the zoomed one.
I replaced the liter bottle it came with for a 2 liter bottle.
It could run on the highest setting for 24hrs.

Im not sure how large of a container you could attach to it safely.
Not without pretty much fabbing your own.

you said you had it on the highest setting?? Does that mean running continuously- non stop for 24 hours?

That's awesome. Im only going to run it for about 15 minutes every hour so a two liter bottle will last several days.

This link is from a local vendor and he says that you can use any plastic soda container so i assume you can use size, from a 20 oz bottle upto a 3 liter bottle but not sure personally. here is the link to his youtube video of the fogger and how it works

I hate that guy:mad:
lol:p not really, but hes very annoying!
Yeah the connecter will screw into any 20oz type bottle head.
I used a 2Liter DrPepper bottle.

Everytime he says foggers it sounds like well, you know. You could probably use a hose fitting and have a gravity fed reservoir with as muc water as you want but I wouldn't put too much weight directly on that connection. Not sure if soda and hose is the same threads but with some Teflon you could make it work.

No, because hes vegan.
:p

Ive came across his videos before, Ive never found a single one to be "helpful".
It may be his "fabulousness".
I dont have any hate towards homosexuality, its very annoying when I guy or a girl acts like that.
IDK, his voice just makes me cringe!:p

What did you use instead of DP?
I was using a JD bottle at first, but it broke....

Ultrasonic humidifier all day? I have one for each of my chams and they run all day for 48 hours without having to refill

I would not suggest running it 24/7.. I only use mine 15minutes per hour during the day. Running it into the cage all night you could risk your cham getting an RI. I just fitted mine w/ some pvc pipe up to the cage. You should be cleaning it regularly to lengthen the life of it, and prevent bacteria growth.

I was living in the freakin desert with .05% RH is why I ran mine 24/7.
It was a montane, so I needed to compinsate;)

I don't have a cage I free range my chams do they need the extra humidity since that's what keeps any moisture in the air around them, and they come and go from it when u please

Yes it is a struggle to keep I clean but there are many units u can buy with 2 sources of filtration for your water + cleaning

The point I was making al was that it can operate for a long period of time without refill, my setup is fairly serious but I wouldn't suggest a run time that long for a cage... Whatevers most appropriate for ur enclosure and needs to stabilize iur chams environment

For my meller...I run my humidifier 24/7, most large amounts twice a day, then I have a Habba most squirting water every hour, and I put my Cham in a steam shower multiple times a weak, and he still barely gets the water he needs, for each Cham it's different... Mellers are particularly needy in this category

I assumed you were caging, and most would assume as well. My apologies:eek:. I can definitely see the need to run it all the time in a FR, I know I would have to if I was FR in my house. :)
