If you scroll down to the comments you'll see that other people asked if they were selling them, turns out they don't and when people ask they just refur them to the guy on the big island, (i'm on oahu). Thank you for looking, I hope that another Hawaii chameleon owner has a local source.

From a 9 year old forum post...Petland Kahala back then sold silkworms, called a chameleon bento plate. Slim chance that they still do, but you never know.
