Found these in my yard

Absolutely Beautiful Flowers!! Those look like what is called 'Christmas Cactus '. Where are you located?

Curcuma Elata if I remember. They were all over the nurseries and garden centers last year.

But how did it pop up out of nowhere in my yard!?

Since they're popping up under that channel iron it does appear they could be wild

It is possible an animal (squirrel, etc) dug up the plant and buried it for later and this season it was able to bloom. If you have a lot of them it is possible they have been going for a few seasons and just now bloomed.
