FR Critique

So this has been my first time attempting a FR, and I've found myself switching it up quite a bit every couple days trying to eliminate some problems, but with every solution comes another problem. (I'm talking very small things - like water drainage from the drip system, and the water not hitting enough leaves before going into said system) But I figured I'd post a few images here and see what you guys have to say!

This is his full time area. I have another smaller set up on the deck for him to be when Im out there to supervise. I'm in an apartment, so for now I have limited space to work with. *insert dreams of a full room FR when I have a house...*

Some specs:
*Veiled cham ~8months old?
*Plants: Dracaena, 2 Ficus and Purple Wandering Jew
*Lights: Exo Terra 75W Infared Basking Spot, Zoo Med 60W Daylight Blue Reptile Bulb (UVA), and the farther light is an Exo Terra UVB Bulb 75W... I cant remember which one
*Lights are on a ~10hr cycle on/off
*Humidity ranges between 35-50 depending on the time of day
*Bottom Temperatures (from left to right) 70-75
*Top Temperatures (from left to right - under lamps included) 75-110
*Cage is located next to my large window, which in the summer time (now) has the window open and fans going approx 3ft from the set up
*All this is on top of a set of drawers that is somewhere around 3-4ft off the ground (total guess there)

A concern I'm going to have to face in a few months based on where I live is that I will have to run low air conditioning in this room - linking to the same window that this set up is by. I would set it up on the other side obviously, but I figured I'd put this up to see if you fine folks have solutions. As I sleep in this room, I cant have the entire room staying at 35-40C (95-104F) for my own health... I still have 2-3 months before we get to this point though. Im just thinking ahead!

So what do you guys think?

My guess is that you are going to find him everywhere but not in his free range area since its not high enough to the ceiling of your room.

Is this an area you are only going to allow him in when you are right there watching every single moment? When they free range they go everywhere so you will have to cham proof the entire room or house if you keep the door open. If you close the door you'll have to be very careful when you open it because allot of the time they are right behind the door wanting out. Can he get to the electrical cord going to the lights? From the picture it looks like he can. He will go up there and get a burn. He really does need something taller. They like being high up. You should also consider putting a coral around the bottom.

Small changes, but changes none the less!

I've drawn up a design for a very minor enclosure (he will still be able to extend beyond the borders, but it will eliminate the need for the light stand which has caused so many annoyances!) It'll be 4ft high, which, on top of the dresser, will be the height needed!

The ficus plants aren't doing very well by my standards (I've never seen a plant react so poorly to conditions in my care!) so I will probably be looking at another Dracaena to add once all is said and done as the Dracaena has been doing very well!
