free one year old veiled

hello, i have a one year old male vield that needs a new home. he has a broken leg and has a wierd lump on the tip of his head, we got him a petsmart when he was about a month or two and was perfecly fine. a couple of months later started to see on one side of his head there was a little bump thing looked like something bite him but not for sure what it is and the vet doesnt either. it got bigger as he got older i put up a pic of how it is right now also one of when we first noticed it. my dad doesnt want to spend anymore money of vet visits, last time we took him they said they gave his some shots and that his leg should go back to normal as he grows with in a year, and about the lump they said they will take some exrays his next apointment to figure out what it is, they want us to go to them once a month for some shots if needed and to see if hes improving. we been going to them ever since he broke his leg about 3 months ago, our next visit would be his fourth but my dad doesnt want to keep taking him becasue of the money he has to spend on every visit and doesnt want him to die either so he just wants to give it to someone who has the time and money to take care of him. im asuming he has to be labeled special needs? although he climbs all over his cage all the time. the vet just told me no more free range, even if thats not where he broke his leg. he broke it in his cage at night and we noticed at about 12 pm and took him to the vet to confirm if he had a broken leg and aslo asked about the thing on his head.
