Frisco Soaking up the Sunshine

My little buddy just shed and he is loving the La. summer. It's really hard to keep him from eating Dragon Flies though since there are so many around when he goes in the backyard. He is a little over 1 year old and loves to come out of his cage and play.

Well I guess the main concern with the dragon flies is the pesticide issue but it's a pretty hopeless cause. They are everywhere right now.

These are his normal colors. He is slightly more colorful in these pics than normal due to his recent shed.

I feed mine dragon flies when I can catch them. They are not in abundance in my yard and they are so hard to catch! I have a big net and run around the yard like a fool, but they are quick so I don't get many!

That must be quite a sight! They are by far my cham's favorite. Not sure if they are of any real nutritional value but he sure does love them. For some reason he likes to eat the dried mulberry leaves on the tree he hangs out on as well. I have to take them out of his mouth when I catch him.

I should've posted this pic earlier of him watching Chameleons of Madagascar. He was quite intrigued and just sat there cool as a cucumber.
