This is such good news! I'm really glad Frita is doing better. Fingers crossed that she will continue to improve

Lathis I got him 2 days ago, I didn't leave him at the vet. He was really funny while there. Very mellow. Sat perched on my hand while I spoke to the dr, he attacked his towel but it reminded me of puppy trying to show off. He is sweet. He did not like the injection of fluids, but my god did he need them. Iv got a dripper going, and misting every hour plus gave a pipette of water of 6cc. He will drink from it like a little bottle if I drip a few drops on his nose first. He doesn't lunge at me which is good lol. Anyone who thinks chams don't have individual personalities is so wrong They really do. Ludo is very chill.

Anxious to hear the results of his lab. The vet said I could call tomorrow. They gave me a script for 2mil of baytril just in case it comes back bad. I'll start the panacur tomorrow too.

Update on Frita. We just had a super successful feeding and she shot her tongue really well. Really proud of her. She did seem to get tired at the end like maybe the tongue was still tender but when I noticed I stopped giving bottle flies. She eats slower now but over all she seems ok. She doesn't get her anti inflammatory meds anymore so I still worry about her being in pain. She licks her lips a lot or it looks like that, like she is just readjusting her tongue. She has not been drinking as much which has me a little concerned but I'm monitoring her closely. I ordered some horn worms. Offering more veggies too.
