From where to order Moths / Butterflies to Europe

Hey everyone,

Does anyone know where I can order online moths / butterflies for Europe? My K.Multi is only into moths at the moment but I can`t buy in bulk or ready hatched here in Malta ...

yeah those too in that case ...moths are more of a priority to me atm as he is not interested at all in crickets

what species of moths would be cham safe? I put a wild moth in my chams cage and he just went nuts for it lol. He's also getting less interested in what I have readily around me like crickets, mealworms, silkworms, hornworms. I really need to find a new feeder source... maybe a garden centre?

At the moment I have wax worms that turn into moths but I can`t really buy in bulk as the pet store only get a few to sell ...if anyone else who ordered these online can chime in I would really appreciate

You CANNOT feed waxwarm moths (or any other moth) as a staple for your chameleon.... Also I would like to know where to order hornworms in Europe lol but my research turned out it is IMPOSSIBLE.

Well we have wax worms in Poland, but I haven't heard of hornworms in Europe neither.

Ive read hornworms are banned in UK Duno about the rest of Europe. With me the wax moths generally hatch after a month

If you keep them in a cool place they will take a while ...I keep the container with worms near the basking light for warmth...they hatch in about a week and a half or so

Try looking at insectnet.com inthe classified section (lepidoptera, livestock) there are lots of UK/Europe sellers there. Maybe you could also try some Eri silkworms (Samia cynthia I think is the latin name.) There are also a few sellers who sell an artificial diet for them since they tend to eat toxic foods otherwise. The larva and the adults would make a great substitute for hornworms in the UK/Europe.
