Yo so I just bought mealworms and the lady told me to put them in the fridge and I think they froze to death, are they still good?
Frozen worms still good?

Putting meal worms in the fridge makes them slow down and last longer. Meal worms are not a very good feeder because they are very hard and do not have a lot of meat on them.

Super worms are better but not to be fed a whole lot. Hornworms and silkworms are also good to feed but will probably have to order online.
