Was about to feed her when I noticed these....also found her shed. My dad says they're native here and the spores must have been in them. Do I need to repot or what?

Glad you said something, I would have put it back in. I happen to have some soup and river rocks, so we're gooood.Your soil looks very wet. I would try and add some soil, or water less frequently.
I would repot, and use large river rocks to cover the top layer of soil.
The reason you don't want the plant to be swampy is because it will be easier for your Cham to get an RI (Resperitory Infection).

When I get my new cage, I'm redoing everything. But for the mean time;I'm sure for awhile it would be fine, but why risk it.
With the hundreds of dollars we spend on these creatures we might as well take the time to make everything as perfect as possible.

It was from a store 5 years ago but they're the regenerative plants and this is a new plant entirelyIf the plant is from a store it should be repotted in organic soil to remove any fertilizers or chemicals.
Agreed.Quite honestly you don't need those rocks there. People will advise you to do it, but I've been keeping chameleons for over 8 years and never once have I put rocks on the soil. I've suggested it in the past, but it's not something I would personally do.
