so, every time i mist his cage (not everytime ... when he's thirsty i guess :D), he runs like a lunatic and comes to the bottle for a drink, and recently i tried to put him a thing, just like those in hospitals (don't know the name, i think it's perfusion, english is not my main language) and see how is he handling the dripper. yes, HANDLING. he was so cute trying to figure out what's that 'rainmaker' and how to use it i couldn't help not taking a photo (7, more precise) and post it here.
1. it's temporarily, so don't mind the design :D
2. don't worry, he's not that close to the light bulb, it's just the angle ...
3. i know that black spot from shedding (it's been there before i got him)

Cute. Are you sure your Cham is male? Check for the little nubs/spurs on back feet, or post a pic of back feet for others to see. I don't see any on these pics, so thinking you have a pretty girl.

Wow I can see, he/she is growing! I remember when you got her/him! Very cute! :) These guys are adorable! Mine was funny with the spray bottle too!

now i'm pretty sure it's a SHE, but i got stuck on using the 'HE' cuz i 'ordered' a boy. now she's getting bigger and no bump on her back leg, so i'm 90% she's a SHE, yes.

LOL! thats what Smeagol did when he was little, stand on his back legs, and stretch to reach the dripper, so he could chew on it, and try to pull it down!!

He doesnt pay any attention to it now

yeaah... they are very silly, she doesn't actually drink, she is trying to figure it out where the rain comes from, but no success :)) he's pulling the wire but no drinking, only from leaves and walls
edit : and smeagol is an awesome name :))) i named mine shrek before i knew it's a SHE... i guess i'll call her fiona ...

LOL! I use soft plastic transfer pipetts with the bulb cut off, and inserted into a 1/4'' tubing, so the tip of the pipett extends an inch or so from a hole in the ceiling of the cage.
Smeagie would reach up and grabe it in his mouth, and tugg on it like a dog tugging on a rag toy!!
He would chew it up so much that I had to keep putting on a new one!!
At least I knew he was getting some water!

my crafting level is very low ^^
i'll just let it drip until she gets it, or, if not, use the old method, lick the leaves.
i won't let her drink from my hand anymore, bad habit
