gel food I made for my goldfish okay for crickets?

Hey guys

I made this sinking gel food for my goldies as one of my orandas developed a swim bladder issue.

I realized the ingredients seemed better than the petstore cricket gutloaders and wondered what you thought.

Can I feed this to my crickets??

My gel food contains:
green beans
spinach
sardines
peas
mustard greens
multivitamin tab
knox gelatin
lettuce

Lose the sardines. Animal protien isn't the best thing for chameleons. Ask Sandrachameleon for a more definitive explanation or answer.

spinach is not the best either (same with broccoli ) they contain high amount of oxalates that can block calcium absorption

But you can substitute those with other veggies.. like carrots

Ok thanks, I won't do it then. I'll make them some other gut loading food and browse around for ingredients here.
