Hi y’all I purchased my second chameleon today , she loves her new enclosure and got settled in rather quickly and didn’t mind my presence at all. My sister named her Moana and I plan to mate her with my 1st chameleon Henry at the proper time. I just want to make sure the chameleon I purchased is a female !!! Can you tell?

No. With veileds the main determining factor is males have pronounced tarsal spurs, or nubs on their back feet. With panthers you look at the tail base for a hemipenal bulge.

Thank you everyone for your time and help , I plan on raising this young boy for some time before getting my third chameleon , and hopefully that time we will get it right
