Getting a chameleon tomorrow!

Hi, i am getting a chameleon tommorow and want to check if it is a male because it is a baby

I have a steppe runner and a green anole adult and a green anooe baby and now i am getting a chameleon. I think if they have spurs that means they are a male. But will the spurs be visible on the babies? If they are super babies isnt there like two bumps where the spurs ate starting to grow?
