getting female panther receptive

In the next few months i would be interested in breeding my pair of ambilobes, they are both over a year old. When i show them to each other the male is interested "suprise suprise!" but the female is having none of it " suprise suprise" is there any trick to this that i might be missing?

She needs to be receptive-is she a bright pink/peach color? Or her normal tan/brown color?

she is always a nice light peach colour when on her own, when i try and introduce them she goes gravid colours.

Try every week or so and see what happens-when she is ready she should stay nice and pink.

try taking her out of her enclosure and introducing her into the males cage i had this problem also the female was a nice peachy salmon colour and when i tried to introduce the male she would go gravid colours but that all changed when i introduced the female to the male so try different things sometimes it just works
