hey guys i bought the monsoon rs400 a couple months back(i know first mistake, shoulda bought a mist king.... anyway I loved it until about a week ago when it started spraying my little guy like a water gun, i took it ALL apart and cleaned it with a vinegar solution and it worked great again... for a day! now its doing it all over again. i have been boiling my water on the stove but i don't think that removes any calcium/sodium from the water. any ideas? I'm starting to think I'm going to have to buy water and am still not sure if this will solve my issue
grrrrr......

You might have to get new nozzles. I use distilled water for my mistking since thats what is recommended. Good luck!

i have a set of backups, plus my nozzles all come apart completely... so while the ones in my cage are in use the others are taken apart in a vinegar solution.. i guess ill give it a super clean this weekend and start buying those huge jugs of water:(
any other suggestions??

HaHa! Seriously though, I use a PUR 3-stage filter on my kitchen tap and use only filtered water in my mist system (homemade but like MistKing) haven't had a single problem in the months it's been used! :p

My monsoon(3rd) is kept for a spare in case my mistking packs in. It's better than hand misting but don't trust it.lol
