I have a question,can u gutload these worms ? And if so with what? I put them in brand ,I'm pretty sure thats what its called.I put potatoes ,spineless cactus in there (per mulberry farms)I think that's to feed them but what can I put in there to make them nutritional for my chams ,? Thanks
 
i usually put a wide variety of veggies with mine. ill just buy about 1000 at a time and throw in some Chinese cabbage, potato, carrots, dandelion, kale. all the healthy stuff and they devour it!

Thanks ,I already feed my crickets that .so I'll just give some of that to my worms,1000 is what i got.at first it was a few bucks a week but I never added the gas to get there ,now I get 1000 of them n 1000 crickets ,n I hardly go to the petshop. Again thank u for ur time

If these are the artificial hormone growth size enhanced mealworms, I wouldnt use them.
If you meand superworms/kingworms (Zophobas morio) then here is a good substrate gutload: https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/443-superworm-substrate-gutload-one.html
and in addition provide small pieces of dandelion, apple, carrot, squash, yam, etc for moisture (potatoe hasnt much nutritional value). Older pads and flowers of Prickly Pear Cactus are considered High in Oxlic Acid, yound pads less so. Use only in moderation.
