Girl or Boy Jackson Chameleon?

I have a Jackson Chanel that is atleast a year old. The breeder we got him from said he was a boy. However, his horns aren’t growing. He is growing and is very healthy but his horns don’t seem to grow. Is this normal at this age? Or could he possibly be a girl?

Yes, I would want to verify with a full body shot, but this looks like a female to me so far.

Males have big horns and females have little or no horns.

I have to agree female. You should have significant horn growth by the 4-6 month mark in xantholophus species.
What are the white patches on the belly area?

This is definitely a female. A couple of my girls held on too their tiny buds like that but by this age if it was a male you would have definite horns by now.
