Going to sleep earlier

Is it normal for my veiled chameleon to be going to sleep earlier he's active and has his eye open during the day but he's been going to sleep like around 7-8pm while the lights are still on and before this he would always go to sleep when I would turn off the lights around 10pm

Some chameleons will head to their sleeping spot a little bit early. There could also be other factors involved, so I do have some questions. How long are your lights on daily? Off at 10PM, but what time do they go on? Can you post some pics of the entire enclosure? I’d like to see your lights too. What supplements are you using and what is their schedule?

I usually turn them on when I wake up for work around 7-9 and turn them off at 10 I have a 60watt incandescent light and I use repti calcium without vitamin D that I use everyday and repti calcium vitamin D that I use 2 times a month the only difference is that it's been getting colder outside but his basking spot is still between 75-85 degrees i am gonna go get him a higher wattage bulb this week to see if something changes

What about uvb? Also a multivitamin? Your basking temp is fine and you don’t need a stronger bulb right now. My suggestions are to check out either https://chameleonacademy.com/chameleon-husbandry-program-getting-started-with-chameleons/ or Neptune the Chameleon on YouTube for husbandry basics. Your cutie needs a linear uvb light. I recommend only ReptiSun or Arcadia and you need a T5 fixture with either a 5.0 or 6% bulb. Usually we need to order these on line as chain pet stores do not carry them for unknown reasons. PetSmart was carrying the Arcadia ProT5 but has stopped. Then the distance between your basking area and light needs to be 8-9”. If your little honey is walking along the screen top upside down, you definitely want to elevate your lights at least a couple of inches above the screen to prevent burns.
There are a couple of ways to provide multivitamin. The first is to continue what you are using for supplements and add a multivitamin like ReptiVite without D3 for one feeding every other week (alternating with the calcium with D3) or put aside the calcium with D3 and get a combo product like Repashy calcium Plus LoD or ReptiVite with D3. Either of those is good and would need to be given one feeding every other week.
You haven’t added a pic of your enclosure, so I can only say to make sure you have only clean, safe live plants and lots of branches or vines for little one to travel on. Bare floor is best - no substrate unless truly bioactive. Misting/spraying the leaves for 2 minutes, twice a day (before lights go on and off) for hydration and maintain humidity between 30-50%. Feeding a variety diet of well fed healthy insects is also important. For all the rest, do check out what I mentioned above. I also would try to keep lights on a 12 hour schedule, with them going on around 7-8 AM, or as the sun rises.
After making these adjustments and allowing for a little time for them to be felt, your cutie should be much perkier and will thrive. Do keep asking whatever questions you have and sharing your progress and just the cuteness. :)

I use a timer for all if my lights. 7am -7pm the only times I change that time is when it differs from sun up to sun down more than an hour. That way mine can get up and get warm before I get up and feed them. But if you don’t get a uvb asap your little one can be at risk for MBD. Metabolic Bone disorder. ReptiSun has a hood that comes with the right bulb T5 5Ho. You should look for that.
