He does and .... I thought before that he had a wound from "dropping" (on purpose) from the top of screen. Now I am thinking it is literally just pigmentation coming through. Because he has more red in that area coming through as well

Yeah it totally threw me off lol I only noticed it after he slammed down on a branch, so of course I freaked out thinking he hurt himself. He's totally fine

I am getting better. I really am. Spike is so big now, that's he's able to hang by his hind legs on the top screen, then simply reach down with his front legs onto the branches, then slowly lower his body down while balancing himself on his 2 front legs. It's honestly impressive so that helps knowing he's not "dropping" down as much. But I'm learning, and getting used to him and his little habits.

idk I guess that's possible but it doesn't stick out or anything. It's literally like... just 1 scale there. And it was NOT always there....
