I've had my chameleon for 2 weeks now and Im just wondering if I have gottin her some good vitamins..

for calcium I got zilla calcium supplement reptile food spray
and for Vitamin supplement I got her zilla vitamin supplement with beta carotene food spray and on the back it says it has vitamin D3 in it.

I feed my cham 10 crickets a day in two feedings.. and spray 5 of them every day with the calcium supplement..
I know I'm supposed to give my cham the vitamin supplement 3 times a week but how many bugs should I spray it on each time?

Hi and welcome to the forums. Most people don't use spray supplements because it doesn't stick to the feeders. What you need to get is powered supplements. You need three kinds.
1) Calcium without D3, use daily
2) Calcium with D3, use twice a month
3) Multivitamin to be used twice a month

since I already have a calcium without D3 and a multivitamin that is combined with the D3 isn't that enough? instead of gettin an extra calcium with D3?

Too much D3 can cause major problems in chams because they are very prone to over supplementation. And because of this D3 should only be given twice a month. But chams also need calcium which is very important to their diet so you need to have a calcium supplement without D3 to be used daily.
This is a good link to check out https://www.chameleonforums.com/supplementation-mbd-1-a-2451/ Hope this helps :)

It all depends on the ratio of nutrients that "combo" multivitamin and D3 has, You might overdose on Vit. A using it.

If you want a definitive answer you will have to post the EXACT percentage of everything in it, or post a link to the exact product listening it's ingredient and %'s, even then someone with more experience would have to chime in, since Im no chemist.

If you can still return or exchange them, I'd highly recommend getting the powdered versions of what JaxyGirl has already posted.
