It is with a very heavy heart I tell you all my Dirk died yesterday. He was the only male I had breeding age. I just wish he had bred before I lost him. He came from a clutch with a very high mortality rate, but he seemed to be doing so well. He was just over half way done with a course of baytril, for a URI.
He was so shy and hid if he saw my phone or camera. That is also sad as he was just perfect, I mean text book perfect. Here are a few pictures of my Dirk.

Everyone thinks I am so good with quads, it sure seems like I have lost a ton lately. RIP Dirk, I will always love you.
