It had to happen. I found this 2-3 month juvenile veiled at local pet shop. They said it was captive bred and it was eating well and they only wanted somewhat experienced cham keeper to buy it. First full day of having it and it ate 2 1/2 superworms. Dropped 1/2 of one while crunching it. I will have to upgrade cage at 6 months. Going to get some crickets. I have mealworms and superworms. Went out this morning to find more plants for cage. I bought too big of a plant.

"not captive bred" LOLOLOLOL Thats like saying the hamsters were not captive bred.

Still he looks happy and healthy. Maybe he was an "accident" like when the jacksons arrive with a higher head count than what they ordered due to births in shipping :)

Keep the plant for the bigger cage if you can!

So you got a veil after all haha

Roaches are great feeders.

When my cham was around that age he ate an insane amount. I would put a combined 30 or so small to medium Dubias and BSFL in a feeder cup and they'd be all gone when I got home

Congrats! The little ones need to be fed as much as they’ll eat in a few minutes. Bsfl are really good feeders, baby silkworms, baby roaches and small crickets.
Thinking back to the pics of your enclosure, you’ll want to add many more sticks and branches. If your shefflera is too big, get a Pothos. They grow easy and fast and add lots of vines for climbing.
