That's a big clutch. You may want to try to slow her down.
Was she hungry and thirsty after laying them?
I would,dandelion feed and water and supplement her well for a couple of days and then cut back on the amount of food you feed her weekly as well as keeping her basking temperature in the low to mid 80'sF.
If you lower her basking temperature and watch how much you feed her, she will produce less eggs. The smaller and fewer clutches of eggs she lays, the less stress on her body. I've never had a female veiled, so I haven't had any experience with it first hand. There's a blog about it, called Raising Kitty. It has a lot of really good info.
Is it normal for her too look depressed or wore out still after 5-6 days of laying the eggs?
I've seen her drinking yesterday but I haven't seen her eat. Usually she approaches her food after I leave the cage
