Greenhornworms

they are good nutritionally. Theyre going to come in really tiny but i would wait a week before you feed any off. One full grown one will be a whole meal for an adult cham (if it can handle the size)
 
Remember if you have too many that are getting big and you can't feed them off quick enough you can put them in the fridge. 2 days in and 1 day out is the regiment. Put them on the top shelf where it is a little warmer. That is the only way i don't end up losing them. They are the best feeders as far as i'm concerned i only wish i could get them more often. I think i will try to hatch some eggs.

the only drawback is the rate of growth
you can slow them down by lowering the temp to about 50
but once they're past the midway point ... they'll pupate in less then a week

Some chams may not like them
other will... LOVE THEM until of course .... they get tired of eating them.

I think the biggest downside to these feeders is how expensive they are. My chameleon will eat two large ones and then not drink for a few days too so they appear to hydrate as well.
