Ya the LED spot he just linked, not sure what you mean by a Basking Fixture? Is the grow light your basking bulb as well?

yes I need it to be dimmable to make sure temps are right for seasons I dont think led will work for basking bulb though

Oh that changes everything. If you are using it as a basking bulb and a grow light then just keep it.

What about for a hibiscus? I really rather buy a bulb from home depot or Lowes. I don't want to order and have to wait for anything.

A bunch of T5HO grow lights, honestly for hibiscus I would go with the LED, that is a very high light needing plant.
A jungle dawn spot would work great for that.

For what kind of plant? Hibiscus? no way in heck. We are going to make this easy, No light you can get at home depot is going to grow High light plants, likely not even medium light with as high as a Chameleon cage is.
The only, one you may be able to pull off from home depot is. 3 grow light FLOs, and a quad fixture. This is going to cost alot, and use more wattage than an LED by alot.
If you dont want to order online I would suggest you look at grow stores. Home depot is not a grow store, they are not going to carry good lights. There lights will barely do the job practically on top of the plant, which you are not. Other options, would be Reef Supply shops, Nurseries (Maybe), Pet Stores(maybe).
Good lighting is not going to be cheap, nor at a home depot (Florescent aside, and even that is a maybe) I mention cheap as you keep asking about cheap lights. You get what you pay for, and you have an extremely high light need plant, cheap is not going to work in this case unless you use alot of them, when you do so you will spend more than buying online.

You said a light for hibiscus.
So what you would need, I though you didn't want to order from amazon?
The ten green fingers will work, However you are going to need to find the 6500k ones. Which amazon doesnt have, and for a hibsucs I would do 2 6500ks and 1 3000k, use the last slot for your UVB.
You will of course need a quad fixture for all that, which is going to run you a lot more than just buying an LED, JS.

I developed the 40 w Jungle Dawn® to Kick Butt.
It has taken me almost 5 years... and I was ready to quit a few times when some prototypes did not work out.
But persistence pays off. I think any one who uses these will agree.
Some important things that make these stand out above anything else :
They are made with High 92 + CRI diodes that are a mix of 5.5 and 6.5 kelvin to create the most natural visible spectrum light we believe ANY LED produces.
Actually, they are even brighter than it looks in this video.
And they grow plants.
They REALLY REALLY GROW PLANTS. (And hibiscus even bloom under them.)
I even use them in my house on houseplants with awesome results.

Because they are better raised up off screen.

Remember the Jungle Dawn spots have a whole MOTOR and FAN inside the bulb that blows air out the face of it to keep it cool.
This is why you get so much light and such high power out of a small LED bulb.

So if I used this, Is this all that I would need for a hibiscus tree?
Yes.
But you would also need a flo. light fixture with a proper UV bulb in it as well as a basking lamp. Although you could probably get by with a lower wattage basking lamp (say 25- 40 ish watts.)
No LED product can provide correct UVB to chams at this time... so you should have a decent UVB Flo. Arcadia bulb over the set up.

Yes they are AMAZING I'm sure you could use them as a basking for a Jacksons maybe but still need uvb. I have one that splits my two cages and haven't had a problem I have another that in the winter I put all my outdoor plants in one corner of a room and use it keeps them nice till spring. You are very welcome I'm not trying to sell anything but this is definitely something I would recommend to all chameleon owners that have live plants. It's pretty much a necessary for any cage over 4 foot tall because you loose so much light at the bottom of a cage not with that lol. You are very welcome I have told several people to get them and they were not disappointed. And he's a great guy will help you with anything I had to call him and thank him when I got my stuff because the care takin to pack everything. All my lights now go through them
