Growths around Chameleons mouth?

Powers

I noticed some white bumps around my chameleons mouth a week or so ago. I thought it was just some stuck pieces of shed. But today when I was feeding him I noticed they look much larger, and I have no idea what it is. Below is my info and some pics of the bumps. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Cage Info:

Cage Type - 4'x2'x2' screen cage

Lighting - Repti Sun 5.0 on a 12 hour cyle

Temperature - Basking is usually 85-88 using a 60 watt house bulb (digital hygrometer)

Humidity - 45-60% (digital hygrometer) Mist King misting system

Plants - Arboricola and Hibiscus

Placement - In my bedroom, low traffic, top of cage is 6 foot from the ground

Location - Eastern PA

Chameleon Info:

Your Chameleon - Male veiled Chameleon about a year old. I've had it for about 9 months

Handling - never

Feeding - Crickets and Super worms are his staples. Horn worms for treats. Gut loaded with collard greens and squash.

Supplements - calcium w/o d3 twice a week, calcium w/ d3 once every 2 weeks, and multi vitimans every 2 weeks

Watering - Mist King sprays 7 times, 60 seconds each time. Yes I see him drink.

History - When I first got him in Nov I was using calcium w/ d3 weekly. But that was well over a month ago, maybe 2.

Current Problem - The bumps around his mouth seen below.

*NOTE* He closed his eyes when I started spraing him with water to try and loosen up the bumps (assuming it's stuck shed) He doesn't close his eyes during the day.

I have heard they can expel excess salts through the nostrils. Have you seen the inside of his mouth lately?

anything out of the ordinary, if the lump are due to a mouth infection you should see some inflammation or lumps inside the mouth as well.
