Tips on Getting a unresponsive male panther to start breeding?
Female is ready, and receptive, male shows 0 interest. i have even tried adding a 2nd male to the cage and nothing. (i did this safely so they could not get close enought to eah other to hurt themselves. )

I am in the Same position at the minute too! My lovely male doesn't want to mate even though my female is practically throwing herself at him! If I find any techniques that work I will let you know .
Good luck

I think that may have been a little sarcasum there from Chuck lol

You could extend the concept and show the male other females or pictures of other females to see if it gets him going.

I have heard you put another male in the presence of the male breeder and he gets territorial, then to town.

I was told with one of my males that he might not have been interested (despite being shown other males) because the female wasn't quite ready and he knew it, but I couldn't tell (even though she was showing all the receptive signs I thought possible.) He ended up mating with her 2 weeks later, so I'm thinking that was it. Perhaps she just isn't quite as ready as you think she is?

I also had a male that didn't care about other panther males and was only spurred on by the sight of a male Jackson's chameleon. Maybe you can try other species if you have any?

Lol @ the fluffer. You could also try taking them outside if the weather permits. I don't remember seeing where you are. Maybe even some free range? Sometimes the change of scenery will get things spicy and rolling. Haha.. worth a try at least. OH and of course some Barry White playing in the background. :p

If she is receptive and he is not too aggressive it is possible to leave her in with the male for a few days. I have a female that was orange as a tangerine and first time receptive that would always get close to letting the males mate, but would then writhe out of position. After a few tries and time of receptivity winding down, I left her in the males enclosure for a couple days with close observation. That said, there were plenty of areas for her to hide and bask as well. I never witnessed copulation, but she was a 100% virgin female before introduction to my males and now I have two clutches of eggs from her incubating. I am not certain they are fertile, but both clutches have good appearance with one being 2 months incubation so far no moldy eggs or signs of infertile. Just my 2 cents if you are really having trouble with successful breeding ;)) if her eggs hatch, I guess it worked! :)
