im pretty sure you dont but should i wash the sand off of the eggs once i dig them out?

Usually the outside eggs only have sand on them, but once the sand has dried, it usually just falls off.
Can't wait to see how many...

i wouldnt wash them off, just make sure when you take them out they stay right side up. whats right side up? the way they were laid. kinda hard to keep track when youre digging up 84 eggs.
what medium were you using? if its plain soil and its encrusted onto the eggs you may want to concider spraying a little off. but otherwise dont bother.

thats what im going to do she laying the actual eggs right now!!!! im gunna be all up right now all night digging them up shes just staring at me laying them

You aren't supposed to watch them, they need privacy. if she feels threatened by you she could abandon then hole and refuse to lay the rest. Resulting in her becoming egg bound and possibly dying.

Then you shouldn't be peeking, at all. I know you are anxious, but it's not worth it. If you are wanting to watch, get a spy camera next time or make a peep hole. You'll probably be needing that in the next 1-3 if she retains a clutch.

Next time, clip a little use webcam above the bin connected to your computer, and have the comp screen aiming towards the doorway, so when you want to check on her you just look at the screen and not in on her. Takes away your curiosity and she still gets to feel privacy.

ok she laid 41 eggs!!!!!! shes skinny right now and i fed her alot and gave her water i have the eggs incubating right now so the winner is
