I hear that I should be gutloading my crickets before I feed them to my chameleon however does anyone have a list of good/bad food to feed the crickets? Mostly what veg. and fruits should I feed them and what should I avoid to keep my chameleon from getting sick. If anyone has a list or can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. So far last night I fed them turnips, carrots, potatoe, apple, banana and I just choped it all up and put it in the cricket cage they seam to love it however that does not mean it was a good selection. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Get your hands on some Cricket Crack. It has over 30 amazing ingredients, no special preparation, reasonable price and the crickets go insane over it.
PS - I'm not senior enough to be giving advice ;-)

They are so worth it. Nothing like a feeder that doesn't make noise, stink to high heaven, and escapes. I like my dubias:) btw 100 is a drop in the bucket, I have way over 1,000
