Good afternoon everyone, hope everyone is doing well.

whats the best way to gut load crickets and super worms as well as how to house them

currently i have my crickets in a cricket pen but the problem am running into is that by the next day half my crickets are dead and also replacing the water and food is a pain specially when there are dead crickets in the water

am housing the super worms in a small plastic bin about 8" high

dont use a water bowl they will drown in next to no water, i simply supply them hydration through fruits and veggies and make my own dry gutload mix for other nutrients. check on sandra chameleons blogs on the forums has an overwhelming amount of stuff about gutloading and how to gutload and substrate for your supers

Here's an article on caring for and gutloading your crickets to help you out :)

Superworms can be gutloaded with the same food as crickets, but I would suggest keeping them in either mealworm bedding (usually bran), oatmeal, or shavings to help keep them dry.

Here's that article for you - click here :)
