Gut loading

So I'm looking at ordering some hornworms and supers from greatlakeshornworm.com and I see they have a gut load you can buy. As of now I put some greens and cricket food in with my crickets and keep oatmeal in with my supers. I also dust the ones I feed each day. Should I get the gut load and maybe put what I'm gonna offer the next day in a separate container with the gut load for a day? How do you guys go about gut loading? And do you think it's worth getting a pre mixed gut load?

You can do the separate container, but it will be tedious! If you use a high quality gut load all the time you won't be as frustrated. Now if you had big colonies, that would warrant not going through expensive gut load.

CHEERS!

Ilk be going two step way.
Growth will be cheap food like chicken feed and scraps.
Gut load in smaller bin with what the animal needs
