Well, I just made my gutload blend for the next two months, and I figured I’d post about it with pics. Thorough though I tried to be with this recipe, I’m happy to hear constructive criticism.
Pic 1, left to right: carrots, butternut squash, sweet potato, okra, arugula, basil, rosemary
pic 2, left to right: endive, beat greens, mustard greens, dandelion leaves, collard greens
pic 3, clockwise from top left: grapefruit, orange, apple, blackberry, banana, papaya, prickly pear
missing from pics: canned olives, pitted and washed thoroughly! (FYI: canned olives have a ridiculous ca : p ratio!)
pic 4, additional ingredients: bee pollen, spirulina, 100% powdered mulberry leaves
