gutloading pheonix worms

I bought 150 small phoenix worms but they were to small so i am letting them grow. I have read you cant feed them so i made sure they were moist but i have now had them for about 2 months so they must be hungry. I was feeding my roaches whe i thought ill try some of this on my pheonix worms. I dave them some cucumber and by this mrning the whole middle bit is gone. Does anyone else know about other gutloading tips for pheonix worms and how to make them grow bigger. Just thought id share this as it may help you.

I always thought that you didn't need to feed them. I just leave mine in the tubs they come in and add a drop of water occasionally.

I don't gutload mine.

These maggots eat decaying materials, such as kitchen food scraps and manures. They dont get very big.

you should use collard, turnip, and mustard greens and some food scraps
