AngieL Avid Member Mar 5, 2013 #3 Rocket is good! Dandilions are good and free too! I can't get a wide variety of greens where I live but I keep an eye out, there's sometimes a random pack of collards at the supermarket or something else that isn't always there.

Kate Avid Member Mar 5, 2013 #4 I believe collard greens are spring greens. Can be used now and again. Romain lettuce is good. Try thin slices of butternut squash. Coutgetts
