Gutloading, Supplement & Behaviour advice

Hi everyone,
Just need some advice on what to gutload different insects with. I currently have small crickets, dubia roaches, calci worms & meal worms. Should I be feeding them all the same or different fruits & veggies?
Also suplements - I currently use Nutrobol which I understand I should only use monthly. But what calcium product is best to use daily?
Behaviour - Neo likes to hang upside down like a bat among his vines in the daytime, is this normal?
Hope to hear from you xx

For my crickets, roaches and locust I use collard greens and carrot peels and I also use water gel for the crickets and roaches to drink and I don't gut load my worms I just dust them, I do dust the crickets and everything else as wel

I tend to go with cricket crack which is a dry gut load made up of a bunch of nutrients. You can buy it off of Swiss he is a member on here and I put an orange slice in with crickets for water? I tend to forget to change the veggies on the regular so this method works well for me and a lot of other members.
As far as your Cham acting like spider man that is normal no need to worry.:)

And nutrobol isn't recommended for chameleons, I buy my calcium of Lilly exotics, it's a bit more expensive but well worth the money after using for a month my chameleons just looked so much brighter and healthier but I also use repticalcium when that's ran out and as for your Cham I wouldn't worrie they do all sorts of wired stuff I've seen my go to sleep hanging by just his tail

I use Komodo cricket dust every second day and nutrobal every Saturday for an adult Cham.

Upside down isnt uncommon or concerning, so long as it isnt most of the time - they should be right way up most of the time :)

And nutrobol isn't recommended for chameleons....l

I disagree. There is nothing wrong with Nutrobol for chameleons, when used appropriately (which, depending on the situation, might be two or three times monthly). See the links above re supplements.

Really? People keep telling me not to use nutrobol! I've got tubs of this stuff from when I kept beardies and thought I couldn't use it, damm all of you!! Lol
