gutloading

i am a little new to gutloading but i have made a gutloading for the crickets for my chams and i was just wondering if this was ok to use :
carrot
orange peel
celery
very small piece of red cabbage
cucumber
romaine lettuce
collard greens

I don't think romaine lettuce is good. Try kale instead

Orange peel likely won't be eaten by your crickets, and I also can't imagine it would be as good for them as the actual segments. There are somethings orange peels possess that are a natural insecticide.

I use bug buffet for gutloading. It's packed with so many different things. Excellent for chameleons. Gives them a nice variety of vitamins. It's made by Steve McNary (chameleons international). Nick Barta also sells it.
In my opinion best gutload on the market.
I also throw in some veggies for hydration.
