Ok so I am wondering what everyone uses for gutload mix out there. right now I am using Cricket Crack as a base and then adding a few things to it. I have been working on a recipe to replace the cricket crack but not there yet.
My dry mix is as follows
3 lbs cricket crack
1/2 cup Whole flaxseed meal
2 cups ground natural oats
1/8 cup ground unsalted sunflower seeds
3 cups rice baby cereal
1 cup soy flour
2 cups ground grape nuts
3 cups dry nonfat milk
2 cups ground alfalafa pellets
2 cups ground dried hibiscus flowers
2 cups dried hibiscus buds
1/2 cup chlorella algea powder
1/2 cup spiruline algea powder
1/2 cup carrot powder
1/2 cup ground dried sea kelp
1/2 cup Astaxanthin powder
1/2 cup Marigold powder
1/2 cup bee pollen powder
1/2 cup dried egg yolk
1 cup dried coconut
Let me know what you all think, any sugestions, additions ideas.
I also have a wet mix and I use Nature Zones Total bites as well.
