So today Luna laid 19 beautiful eggs!
It is an amazing experience to see her like super skinny and also proud of herself for being so strong!
Thanks so much to this forum for teaching me one of the most valuable and loved things in my life! Which is of course chameleons!

For the eggs to be fertile your Luna would to had to of tangoed with a male in the wild. Unless you're breeding her that is.

Should I just let the eggs like that until they hatch?
Or should I mist them occasionally?

How moist is the vermiculite? Please do not mist the eggs! If you have to add water later on add it to the sides away from the eggs.

Yes, of course not directly to the eggs. I grabbed a fist of vermiculite and squeezed it, it was moist enough so my hand was wet, but it didn't drip any water drop.
Is it moist enough?

Should be fine. Now weigh it and write down the weight. Then weigh it once a month and add water to keep it the same weight through out incubation.
