I have noticed the same issue with another porject I was doing with Wire Shelves. They are always all bent up and never straight or level. I tried a few diffrent brands some are better than others (Alot better) but none are perfect.

The best ones I have found have been The Shelving Store and Metro. Metro cost a bit more.
