Hand Feeding Collards!!

put some collard greens in turk's cage today and went nuts on them, he knocked the clip off the screen and when i went to put them back he was trying to take em outa my hand. so i just hand fed them to him(with camera in other hand.lol). cool huh?

collard greens are about the only greens my male will eat (tho i havent tried very much) besides the plant in his cage. my female eats anything, fruits, veges, leftover calcium/vitamin powder in her cup..

try using kale, those are my veileds favorites.

this is awesome!! every morning now i hand feed him some collards before he gets the crickets and worms, becoming a routine that he doesnt mind. i love it!!!
