Well, here we are again getting ready for the feast to come. Who is preparing what? At home or going somewhere for the holiday? Tomorrow my family is getting together and Friday some friends are coming over to my house...that is a lot of cooking, but nothing I can't handle...

Were obviously having a huge turkey. Also pecan pie, pumpkin pie, apple pie, mashed potatos, and much, MUCH more. Can't wait.

going to grandmas! yum! i gatta show up for my boyfriends family and than go right from their to my own. after that i'll probally eat with just him and his dad and mabey grandma. bizzy bizzy...(almost time to put up the christmas stufff!!!)

My wife is making potato salad, devil eggs. My mom is making the turkeys (big family), homemade stuffing and everything else. It's going to be crazy....! HAPPY THANKSGIVING GUYS!!!

We are staying home with the pets. It’s just me and my husband; both of the girls are out of town for the holiday. We will be cooking everything outside on the smoker. I have 2 Cornish hens, sweet potatoes, corn and asparagus for the smoker and pumpkin pie made by Publix.

This is the menu for tomorrow. Olives - home prepared - and fresh cheese with honey for appetizer. Slow roasted turkey, Andean style ham, baked sweet potatoes, three root mashed potato, cranberry raisin and mixed nuts stuffing, basic salad. And for dessert cherry - my favorite - and pumpkin pie with freshly whip whipped cream...what do you think?

That is a good dinner, but turkey frying is way too much for me. Once we almost burned down my friends apartment frying a turkey. There was hot oil flying everywhere and then the whole thing caught on fire, the manager came and put it out with an extinguisher and he got kick out...that was fun ...

thats what everyone tells me, cracks me up, but so far I have df 5 I think, and not even a missing eyebrow...yet

but it tastes so good, all cajoned up
the stuffing has, italian sausage, ground beef, crisp bacon, onions, bell pepper, fresh parma cheese, mushrooms, italian bread, seasonings...sooo good
