I found this video on youtube and I was wondering if these walls were a good idea for a chameleon enclosure. Would there be problems with this idea?

Will it hold the humidity well?Looks good, I did something like that for dart frogs in my wife's classroom. The back of my cham enclosure is greatstuff coated with silicone and cocofiber.
If you use the right tank, then yes. Will it hold the humidity well?
This is the cage I have my panther in but I want to put the panels on the back and sides. Do you think that will look good?If you use the right tank, then yes.

Already working on a second cageYou will have to put your cham in a temporary enclosure while you work on this.
Thanks I will try to keep y'all updated on how things go.Yes I do. You can use plywood on the back and sides and coat it (build it up, sculpt it) with great stuff. The coco fiber is a very thin layer, but will stay wet and hold some moisture.
Have fun! Those projects are super fun! Thanks I will try to keep y'all updated on how things go.
