I'm ne to the forum, just wondering, has anyone seen these and are they suitable https://popupchameleon.com/collections/frontpage/products/puc-1250h?variant=42754823520442, they come from Australia, so freight is quite high, but size is good 3.2ft x 3.2ft x 4.1ft. US $55 + $29.95 freight, do you think its worth the money?

Interesting. Just took a look at it and it will not work as a permanent home. This is for temporary outings so birds dont get them. But you cant put on the lights that are required which is a heat lamp and linear uvb lamp 12 hours a day. probabaly catch on fire! also the amount of water for daily mistings will cause mold.

I think it may work for an outside treat. Maybe put a big potted plant in the middle for something to climb on as i would be worried that climbing on that fabric mess would snag the nails. I agree the price is too high with that shipping.

I use one similar to this for outdoor time. Do exactly as described above - a large potted plant sits right in the center. I bought this one though from Amazon.

There are butterfly cages available in the US from one of our sponsors that probably ship for less. mantisplace.com popup-mesh-large-hanging-house-w-plastic-window. It would be appropriate for outdoor or cage cleaning time with a plant inside it but it is small. Search for mesh cages and you will find larger ones as well.

Agree and remember without weighting it it will blow over right away

Not the one I purchased, it comes with tent stakes and actually has sat outside without them for a few months now with no issues. The wind really runs right through them - the mesh is pretty open on the one we've got. Probably stick a thin pencil through it.

Some are but not the one I linked it's much bigger than a laundry hamper. 4' dia. x 5' tall and only $60.

Indeed I can almost stand up in it. My plan was to possibly build a raised bottom planter, then you could have a bioactive the natural way!!
