hatchling enclosure

i’m prepping for potentially a dozen carpet chameleon hatchlings. i have a bakers rack. should i pick up a dozen 12x12x18 exo terra or 18x18x18.


would a 12x12x18 house carpet chameleons up to 6 months?
pros of a 12x12x18 is that they’re cheaper and i have room on the rack for more enclosures.

however i can see 18x18 housing the hatching into the adult stage.

The opinion here normally is bigger is better. I would go with the 18x18x18 exo terras for baby Furcifer lateralis.
